I grew up in Kazakhstan & Turkey until 4 years ago. Though I was born in Plano, Texas, my parents moved with me overseas at two years old to disciple Muslim-background students & publish apologetic literature. My parents pastored me toward God in the word, prayer, & their actions serving. Though there was a trusting in Jesus as sent of God to save & bring me to himself, it was not until high school that God’s kindness led me to consistent repentance & joy. Passionately pursuing the faith of my family I was involved in worship ministry, evangelism, discipleship, & studying the word. Many of those were pursuits of sentimental experience or delight in deep theological thinking. What was missing from the forefront was Jesus in the gospel. This would be pointed out to me & grown in me through this church when I moved to Texas for university. God has been opening my eyes to the depths & riches of Christ & his gospel that will never become boring or shallow. He will only continue to grow myself & his church, bringing many more to enjoy him! Now I am learning the strength of Christ in my weakness finishing my Graphic Design studies at Dallas Baptist University. He is reorienting new areas of life toward himself all the time & giving me opportunities to disciple. I really enjoy befriending people in hobbies or industries often marked by celebrated sin. God gets to share his love & God is using my skills in photography, design, & communication to equip our church for ministry. This is honestly a dream job after many years of prayer for this ministry & God to involve me more here.

I hope in the power of God transforming his people, built up into Christ until the end! I hope for the love of God extended toward those far from God near our are. I hope for multiplication of God’s family in discipling relationships, home groups, & new churches. As more sufferings come, our church family is grown by God in humility, faithfulness, and submission to his word together.
