Kim Ruark
I am so grateful for my parents who led me to faith in Jesus Christ at a very young age and instilled in me the importance of church community. There have been many ebbs and flows in my relationship with Christ, but I have always been drawn to know Him more and share Him with those around me. When I look back on my life, I see constant evidence of His mercy and kindness; even in the most difficult of situations. My husband Jesse and I met at church as teenagers when the Lord brought our families to the DFW area around the same time from opposite sides of Texas. We married in 2000 and have two precious daughters. We moved to the area from Mansfield and have been members at Stonegate since 2017. We were so excited to find in Stonegate Church a dynamic gospel-centered group of believers with a huge focus on impacting the surrounding community for Christ!
My hope for Stonegate is that we continue to have the resources to affect our surrounding community with extravagant benevolence and discipleship. I am honored to be part of this team who is constantly striving to steward God’s gifts in a way that honors Him and brings glory to His kingdom…to ENJOY JESUS & MAKE DISCIPLES!
