I grew up in a small town (Colmesneil) in Southeast Texas where I was blessed by being born into a family who loved Jesus. My father was involved in ministry of some sort my entire life and the stories of Jesus and his redeeming power were poured into my ears for a large portion of my life. Although Jesus began his work on me at a very young age, it wasn’t until June of 2021 when I was sitting in a redemption group at Stonegate church that I realized that Jesus had shed his blood for me. Since then God has done a great amount of formation in my heart and has used my life and other things to form me more into the image of Jesus.
My hope for Stonegate Church is that they would continue to shepherd the church and multiply disciples who value the gospel and see it as the most precious thing!
