God saved me when I was 8. I grew up in Cisco, Texas with a family that lived for Christ and His mission. With my parents being kids pastors, I quickly got involved with serving others through the work of the church and realized that’s what I wanted to do with my future. Per the influence of my family and friends around me, music became an integral part of my growth in my child and teenage years. Serving in church through music ministry and other forms of leadership led me to attend SAGU whose final semester requirements brought me to Stonegate. I graduated from SAGU spring of 2023 and have been serving Stonegate on staff since. The Lord’s hand has been powerfully on my life and continues to be so.
A few of my hobbies are writing poetry, playing and writing music, reading, and film photography. As for everything else, I can find joy in almost anything as long as it’s with people I love.
My hope for Stonegate Church is that people will continue to truly discover Christ-like communities and encounter the freedom that comes from Christ through doing life together as a body. That Stonegate Church will continue to love and receive God’s children with open arms, just as the Father loves and receives us.
